Indian Rocks Beach has numerous restaurants, including Mexican, Italian, Steak, and Seafood. IRB also offers several parks and nature centers. Clearwater Beach with it’s nightlife and marina is about 7 minutes to the north. Johns Pass with its waterfront shopping is about 10 minutes to the south. Tampa with the international airport, Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium is about 30 minutes away. Disney is about 90 minutes away.

I would like to buy a tiny home in a tiny home community to live-in during retirement. Must have water/sewer, electrical power, etc. Preference of location: Oregon. Washington, In the Northwest part of the US country.
